About the Role:
We are looking for a sharp, hands-on AI Product Manager to lead the creation of Agentic AI products from the ground up. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, business strategy, and applied AI, and is ideal for someone who can think like a founder, build like an engineer, and prioritize like a product leader.
You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of intelligent, autonomous AI systemsshaping product vision, translating real-world problems into AI-driven solutions, and working closely with engineering, data science, and design teams to bring them to life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the product vision and roadmap for Agentic AI products, from ideation to production
- Define use cases, workflows, and success metrics for autonomous AI agents
- Collaborate deeply with engineering and data science teams to design scalable AI architectures
- Translate business problems into clear product and technical requirements
- Actively experiment with LLMs, agent frameworks, and prompt strategies to refine product behavior
- Drive rapid prototyping, MVP development, and iterative product improvement
- Balance user needs, technical feasibility, and business impact
- Stay ahead of trends in Generative AI, Agentic systems, and AI product best practices
Mandatory Requirements:
- B.Tech in Engineering or a related technical discipline
- MBA from IIM or a top-tier business school
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on coding experience after B.Tech (any programming language), preferably from DevOps profile.
- Strong comfort with prompt engineering in everyday workflowsusing prompts as a thinking, design, and experimentation tool.
- Ability to speak fluently with engineers while making business-driven product decisions.
