Operations Communication:

- Develop and maintain effective communication channels within the organization to ensure clear, timely, and consistent dissemination of operational information.

- Act as the point of contact for store operations, ensuring that the team is aligned with organizational goals and objectives.

- Facilitate regular updates and coordination between stores, functions, and departments to streamline operations.

Compliance:

Ensure all retail stores comply with legal, regulatory, and internal company policies and procedures.

- Conduct regular compliance audits to ensure adherence to all operational standards.

- Keep up to date with industry regulations and ensure the business remains compliant with relevant local and international laws.

SOP/SLA Management:

- Create, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for operational consistency across all stores.

- Regularly review and update SOPs and SLAs to reflect process improvements, legal requirements, and best practices.

- Ensure that all store managers and staff are well-trained and adhere to these procedures.

Promotion Calendar Management:

- Oversee and manage the execution of promotional activities, ensuring they align with business objectives and are implemented on time.

- Coordinate with various teams (marketing, sales, etc.) to ensure smooth execution of promotional campaigns and discounts.

- Track the effectiveness of promotional initiatives and provide feedback for optimization.

Retail Checklist:

- Develop and monitor retail checklists to ensure consistent adherence to operational and service standards across all stores.

- Work with store managers to ensure checklists are followed during daily operations and provide guidance on areas of improvement.

- Conduct audits to ensure stores are compliant with the established standards.

Digital Adoption:

- Drive the adoption of digital tools and technologies across retail operations to enhance efficiency, inventory management, and customer experience.

- Stay updated on the latest retail tech trends and tools, suggesting improvements that could enhance store operations.

- Provide training and support to store teams to integrate digital solutions effectively.

Store & Function Support:

- Provide comprehensive support to store operations and various business functions to ensure smooth execution of day-to-day activities.

- Offer solutions for operational challenges, assisting with troubleshooting and continuous improvement.

- Collaborate with the store management team to ensure business processes are aligned and executed without disruptions.

Skills & Qualifications:

Mandatory Skills:

- 4-5 years of experience in store operations, compliance management, or inventory audits.

- Strong knowledge of retail operations and the ability to manage multi-store operations.

- Familiarity with legal and regulatory compliance in retail.

- Ability to create and maintain SOPs and SLAs for operational excellence.

- Hands-on experience with promotion calendar management and tracking.

- Expertise in digital tools adoption to improve operational efficiency.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to coordinate across departments.

- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
