We are simultaneously trying to:
- 3x ACV for all revenue team sellers from $5k to $15k
- Unlock 10% incremental hits via full Google Unlock execution and playbooks.
- Make ShopDeck's value proposition fully AI-delivered without increasing headcount outside the sales team
- Improve Customer NPS
- Build a predictable sales engine adding 2100 sales per month at $100 per seller, while creating a view on JTBDs for $5-10M/month

Role Overview: Founder's Office
- You will operate as a force multiplier-bringing structure to ambiguity, speed to execution, and sharpness to decision-making. You will work on a mix of strategic, analytical, and execution-heavy problems across business, product, operations, merchant success, growth, and AI transformation.
- Some weeks, that may mean driving a founder-level priority from zero to one.
- Other weeks, it may mean solving a broken operating loop, building a decision memo, redesigning a review system, or pushing a cross-functional initiative through execution.
- This role is for people who want to be in the room where the real decisions get made-and who are capable of improving the quality and speed of those decisions.
What you will do
- Work directly with founders on We's most critical business priorities.
- Break down ambiguous, high-stakes problems into clear workstreams, decisions, and execution paths.
- Drive special projects and cross-functional initiatives end to end.
- Build sharp analytical and operating views on the metrics that matter most-growth, profitability, seller performance, NPS, execution speed, and cost leverage.
- Identify structural bottlenecks and solve for root cause, not surface symptoms.
- Act as a high-judgment generalist who can move fluidly between strategy & execution
What success looks like

- 2+ years of experience in consulting, founder's office, strategy & ops, business roles, product strategy, growth, investing, or high-quality startup environments.
- Strong first-principles thinking and the ability to solve messy business problems with clarity.
- Excellent analytical ability and comfort with metrics, models, and operating detail.
- High ownership and unusually strong follow-through.
- Exceptional communication abilities
- The ability to influence across teams without formal authority.
- Comfort with pace, ambiguity, and shifting priorities.
