The role is multi-functional and involves working with Business Development, Marketing, Design, Catalog, Content and Technology teams. The person will have to manage Merchandising of the assigned category and would be responsible for Category sales  - Create promotion calendar and plan promotions according to festivals, seasons, events  - Provides timely information on consumer insights and sale rates to sourcing team, to enable them source better   - Own Visual Merchandising and take responsibility of Web shop Management  - Work with Design & Content team to create banners with attractive merchandise and appropriate copy for Website and Digital Ads  - Contributes in development of range architecture based on consumer segment insights, regional requirements, marketplace knowledge, and competitive data (both online and offline retail)  - Ensures that the product placed on site is relevant to the category, features and USP well explained to the viewer in simple customer centric language, product is well packaged to attract and excite customers   - Work with Technology or contract vendor platforms to obtain new tools for effective merchandising and customer engagement  - Work with Catalog team to create style filters and style guide, size guide etc.  - Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly targets.  Overall, the candidate is required to have a keen Category knowledge and fine understanding of Online Consumer.  Candidates only from IIT/NIT and Premier B-Schools.  HR Contact: Gunjan Srivastava (9999689642) Analyst HR
