About the Role: Manager - Human Resources (HR) We are looking for an ambitious and energetic HR Manager to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with founders in building the company culture as we scale and continue to make Shopalyst the best place to work for the top talent. Responsibilities: - Championing a culture that upholds the Company's values, purpose and vision and is recognized for integrity in every aspect - Building effective teams and creating a culture of collaboration and effective teaming. - Ensuring team perform at a highest standard through a review process that measures and improves performance. - Compensation & Benefits - benchmark and roll out compensation revisions - Keeping high-performing talent within the company by developing succession plans that govern how organization grows a talented team of employees. - Building a recruitment network that leads to the discovery and hiring of new talent - Responsible for Handling Entire HR Operations. - Policies and ensuring compliance with applicable laws for the business Requirements: - Overall 4 to 7 year's experience with at least 3 years of HR operations experience - Ability to conceptualize and design talent management and Organisational Development (OD) - Ability to independently facilitate discussions with senior stakeholders, and connect with employees across levels. - Knowledge and experience with TAS, HRMS, Payroll tools - Ability to analyse data and draw out meaningful insights - Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
