Job Title: Marketing Manager - Lead Generation (Healthcare Industry).
Department: Marketing & Partnerships.
Reports To: DGM - Sales / Director - Sales & Marketing.
Job Objective:
To lead and execute marketing strategies focused on lead generation through strong vendor relationships, networking with hospital stakeholders, and partnerships across the healthcare ecosystem, including hospitals, clinics, diagnostics, and medical equipment providers.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Market Development
- Strategize and execute B2B marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads for HMS software.
- Identify and tap into new business opportunities across hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and day-care centers.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospects via field visits, networking, referrals, events, and digital channels.
Vendor & Channel Partner Networking
- Build and nurture relationships with vendors in medical equipment, diagnostics, IT infrastructure, PACS, LIS, EMR, and hospital furniture.
- Collaborate with vendor sales teams to generate mutual leads and co-market HMS solutions.
- Forge strategic alliances with distributors, OEMs, and hospital suppliers for lead referrals.
Hospital & IT Stakeholder Engagement
- Maintain strong rapport with hospital owners, administrators, procurement heads, and IT managers.
- Understand hospital workflows and pain points to tailor outreach campaigns and solutions.
- Serve as the first point of contact for introducing the HMS solution and setting up meetings for the sales team.
Event Participation & Field Marketing
- Represent the company in healthcare expos, medical conferences, vendor meets, and hospital summits.
- Identify and propose sponsorships, stalls, and speaking opportunities to boost brand visibility and leads.
Campaign & Collateral Management
- Coordinate with internal teams to design brochures, presentations, emailers, and social media content tailored to the healthcare industry.
- Track performance of campaigns, generate reports, and suggest optimization strategies.
Competitor and Market Intelligence
- Keep a pulse on competitor activities, industry trends, hospital expansion news, and procurement cycles.
- Share insights with the sales and product team to stay ahead in the market.
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of experience in B2B marketing, business development, or vendor management in the healthcare industry (hospitals, diagnostics, equipment, or services).
- Strong network of hospital owners, purchase decision-makers, vendors, and IT administrators.
- Familiarity with healthcare workflows, hospital procurement, and channel partner dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Willing to travel frequently across regions.
