Role Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Area Sales Manager to join our team in Hyderabad. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for driving business growth in the assigned region through strategic sales planning, relationship management, and performance optimization.

The ideal candidate will lead regional sales initiatives, develop market strategies, build long-term client partnerships, and ensure the achievement of revenue targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve business goals.

- Identify and pursue new market opportunities within the healthcare sector.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital administrators, key stakeholders, and decision-makers.

- Analyze sales data and market trends to drive informed business decisions.

- Collaborate closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure alignment and effective lead conversion.

- Monitor competitor activities and provide actionable market insights.

- Ensure customer satisfaction through continuous engagement, support, and timely follow-ups.

- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management review.

Qualifications & Skills:

- MBA or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- 4-5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the healthcare or medical software industry.

- Strong knowledge of hospital ERP systems or healthcare technology solutions (preferred).

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Proven ability to analyze data, market trends, and sales performance metrics.

- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.
