You can expect to participate in establishing key processes, implement cutting edge technology solutions, work with global partners, develop benchmark assessments and participate in creation of one of the most promising Universities in the country.  The KRA/key skills required are:  - Admission Process: managing timelines, applications, shortlisting, selection process, admission related logistics, ensuring high standards of quality through the process; Manage a BPO team of 4 people and internal process/marketing team of 3 people.  - Develop selection process for a University from a scratch in partnership with multiple external agencies and internal stakeholders. This process will be different how you know the selections happen in India. Therefore, ability to research extensively and look for breakthrough ideas would be required.  - Work with global partners to develop benchmark assessment for University admissions in the country.  - Work with global academic partners including Duke University, Carnegie Mellon University, UPenn, etc. to develop joint selection processes.  - Good verbal and written communication skills – ability to write well in English  - Ability to think independently, process centric approach, ability to work in cross-functional team environment, good organizing ability  - Support for School and Campus Outreach  - Good MS Word, Powerpoint and Excel skills  - Ability to have effective conversations with groups of people from different strata  - Attention to detail, energy and enthusiasm  This profile requires 30-40 days of domestic travel in a year.
