Role: Regional Sales Manager
Location: Bangalore
We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead enterprise sales initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have strongexpertise in the end-to-end sales cycle, enterprise deal closures, and team leadership within a SaaS-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive regional sales performance to achieve monthly,quarterly, and annualrevenue targets
- Lead enterprise and B2B client acquisition throughstrategic prospecting and relationship management
- Conduct high-impact presentations and business discussions with CXO-level stakeholders
- Clearly articulate and differentiate product value propositions against competitors
- Identify and develop enterprise opportunities via professional networks,referrals, research, and industry platforms
- Manage accurate salesfore casts and pipelines aligned with business goals
- Understand customer requirements, structure solutions, and close complex deals
- Stay updated on industry trends and adopt new sales strategies and methodologies
- Mentor and guide team members to enhance overall sales effectiveness
Job Requirements:
- Master's/Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in sales management
- Mandatory experience in Enterprise and B2B SaaS sales
- Proven success across the full sales lifecycle from planning to closure
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated leadership and team management capability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Preferred Skills:
- Experience handling large-ticket enterprise deals
- Strong analytical and forecasting skills
- Strategic mindset with execution focus
