Role Overview:
- We are looking for a Pricing Manager who will own and lead our pricing strategy end-to-end.
- This role requires a highly strategic thinker with strong business acumen, analytical rigor, and the ability to influence at the leadership level.
- You will play a critical role in shaping our revenue model, ensuring competitiveness, and driving sustainable profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and lead the overall pricing strategy for Shipway by Unicommerce, aligning with long-term business objectives.
- Partner with the leadership team to design innovative pricing frameworks that balance growth, profitability, and customer value.
- Conduct in-depth competitor benchmarking, market intelligence, and customer behavior analysis to refine pricing models.
- Lead the development of scalable pricing processes, tools, and governance frameworks.
- Provide pricing guidance and thought leadership in strategic deals, partnerships, and contract negotiations.
- Mentor and guide junior analysts or team members, fostering a data-driven culture.
- Act as a key advisor to senior stakeholders on monetization strategies and revenue optimization.
Requirements:
- 5-8 years of progressive experience in pricing, revenue management, or strategy.
- Strong technical expertise in:.
- Advanced Excel, SQL, and financial modeling.
- Data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
- Pricing automation, SaaS platforms, and ERP/CRM integrations.
- Solid understanding of SaaS, e-commerce, or technology-driven industries.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills with proven stakeholder management.
- MBA/PGDM in Finance, Strategy, Economics, or a technical discipline is preferred.
