Job Overview:

- We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Head to spearhead our marketing efforts, drive demand generation, and build a strong brand presence in the SaaS ecosystem.

- The role requires a blend of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and data-driven decision-making to accelerate growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Leadership:


- Define and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business goals.


- Own the overall marketing KPI dashboard including MQLs, SQLs, Shipments, campaign ROI, and brand metrics.

- Partner with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure marketing alignment across the funnel.

Demand Generation & Performance Marketing:

- Lead demand generation through digital channels (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, programmatic, SEO/SEM).

- Optimize CAC, CPL, and MQL-to-SQL conversion ratios.

- Drive data-backed experimentation for campaigns to maximize ROI.

Brand & Content Marketing:

- Strengthen Shipways brand positioning in the ecommerce and logistics ecosystem.

- Oversee content marketing (blogs, whitepapers, case studies, videos, podcasts, social media).

- Lead PR, events, and thought-leadership initiatives to build brand equity.

Product Marketing:

- Define messaging and positioning for key product features (AI-based fraud detection, COD verification, NDR automation, etc.

- Enable sales through playbooks, collaterals, competitive analysis, and customer success stories.

Marketing Analytics & Reporting:

- Set up performance dashboards for all marketing initiatives.

- Regularly track and report KPIs to leadership, ensuring accountability and data-driven decisions.

- Continuously improve measurement frameworks across campaigns and channels.

Team Leadership & Development:

- Manage and mentor a team of marketers across performance, content, design, and events.

- Build cross-functional collaboration with external partners, agencies, and influencers.

- Foster a culture of creativity, ownership, and performance within the marketing team.

Key KPIs to Own:

- Lead Generation & Pipeline Contribution: MQLs, SQLs, and marketing-sourced shipments.

- Cost Efficiency: CAC, CPL, and ROI across campaigns.

- Brand Metrics: Share of voice, media coverage, social media reach & engagement.

- Product Adoption: Customer engagement with new features and campaigns.

- Team Performance: Execution quality, timeliness, and innovation in marketing activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

- 10 TO 12 years of experience in B2B SaaS, ecommerce, or logistics-tech marketing.

- Proven track record in leading marketing strategy and delivering measurable KPIs.

- Strong expertise in demand generation, digital marketing, and product marketing.

- Excellent leadership, team management, and stakeholder collaboration skills.

- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in marketing analytics tools (HubSpot, Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.

- Strong communication skills and ability to craft compelling narratives.
