Job description:
- We are looking for a passionate individual to join our sales team, candidates having in-depth knowledge of and experience with the sales process, excelling at lead generation, relationship building, and closing deals.
- We're seeking someone with a track record of success who can inspire the same in others.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting presentations, meetings with CXO-level clients.
- Demonstrating and clearly differentiating the product from the competition focusing on the value proposition.
- Managing forecasts accurately and delivering against substantial revenue targets and achieving the assigned sales volume.
- Open to Learn and adopt new Trends of the industry.
- Identifies enterprise business opportunities, prospecting/scoping through professional platforms, referral, research & networking.
- Understand customer requirements, set up meetings with potential clients and present appropriately to make a sale.
- Responsible for driving revenues aiming to achieve monthly/quarterly and annual targets.
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
- 5+ years in sales management.
- Must have experience in Enterprise & B2C sales.
- Proven track record of success the sales cycle from plan to close.
- Superb leadership ability.
