We are looking for a dynamic inside sales associate to contribute to our growth. These team members will play a critical role in expanding our presence across global markets, including the United States, UK, EU, MEA, and APAC regions, by converting inbound and outbound sales. The role is ideal for someone who has a knack for Sales and wants to build a career in B2B enterprise software sales. We would ideally like to see some experience working with a B2B sales team, and demonstrated prospecting and organizational skills, with a sense of key metrics for success as an SDR. Responsibilities: - Creation of the sales pipeline for the assigned region and industry. - Research accounts and individuals to engage with by keeping constant industry trend. - Actively sourcing new sales opportunities through outbound leads. - Ensuring all leads are well qualified by identifying the correct decision-makers and understanding their requirements. - Setting up face-to-face / virtual meetings between potential customers and the Field Sales representatives - Where necessary, support marketing efforts by driving audience engagement for trade shows, and other events Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in Inside Sales and business development roles for international markets - Excellent conversational skills to engage with prospects and clients over the phone - Exceptional cross-organization collaboration and communication skills - Experience with CRM Software functioning - Experience in the SaaS/Software industry is desirable.
