Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities : - Conceptualize, design and coordinate execution of Sipsy's global events and webinar program, this includes roadshows, third-party events, tradeshows etc. - Own the lead generation outcome from events and webinars and keeping a close track on the ROI from these activities. - Own all event related operational aspects such as: collateral, signage and giveaway inventory; messaging and branding; speaking engagements; etc. - Negotiate with vendors to achieve favorable terms and rates. - Responsible for managing and tracking the event calendar for our events and others in the competitor landscape. - Manage social media promotions of all the webinar and event. - Manage event budgets & vendors, and ensuring adherence. - Manage all logistics associated with the events and webinar program. - Own post event / webinar activities to ensure lead engagement, evaluating outcomes and proposing future events based on ROI Requirements & Qualifications: - 5+ years of direct experience in managing events. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Excellent organizational and project management skills. - Excellent vendor management skills. - Experience with webinar tools like GoTo / WebEX.
