Senior Product Manager - Last Mile (Logistics)
Role Overview
We are looking for a high-ownership Senior Product Manager to lead and scale last-mile logistics products that drive efficiency, reliability, and customer experience.
You will solve complex, high-impact problems across delivery operations, fleet management, routing, and partner ecosystems, working closely with engineering, business, operations, and data teams in a fast-paced environment.
We care less about where you've worked, and more about the scale of problems you've solved and the impact you've driven.
What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end product lifecycle from problem definition to launch and iteration
- Build and scale last-mile logistics products across routing, dispatch, fleet management, and delivery experience
- Drive decisions based on business metrics, operational data, and user behavior
- Improve key metrics such as delivery speed, cost per delivery, fleet utilization, SLA adherence, and customer satisfaction
- Work closely with engineering teams in sprint cycles to ensure strong execution
- Collaborate with operations, supply, and business teams to solve real-world logistics challenges
- Break down ambiguous operational problems into structured, scalable solutions
- Run experiments and continuously optimize product performance
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of core product management experience
- Proven experience owning and shipping products or features end-to-end
- Experience working on high-scale, operationally intensive or real-time systems
- Strong understanding of logistics, last-mile delivery, or supply chain ecosystems
- Demonstrated ability to drive business and operational metrics with measurable impact
- Experience working closely with engineering teams in Agile or Sprint setups
Strong Signals
- Strong data orientation with experience in SQL, experimentation, and funnel analysis
- Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders across business, ops, and tech
- Experience in fast-paced, high execution environments
- Ability to solve ambiguous problems with clear, measurable outcomes
- Experience working on products involving fleet, routing, dispatch, or partner ecosystems
