Compliance & Labor Relations

- Ensure 100% statutory and labor compliance (PF, ESIC, LWF, CLRA, Shops & Establishment, Factory Act, PosH, etc.).

- Lead audits, timely filings, renewals, and maintain compliance documentation for authorities and internal governance.

- Manage labor relations, grievance handling, and conflict resolution in coordination with business leaders and legal teams.

Vendor & Contract Workforce Management

- Manage staffing agencies and contract workforce vendors, including agreements, rate benchmarking, SLAs, and performance governance.

- Ensure transparency, compliance, and cost optimization in contract labor engagement.

Employee Engagement & Culture

- Drive HR engagement initiatives across fulfilment centers to build an inclusive, safe, and productive environment.

- Build trust with employees through regular floor connects, open forums, and feedback channels.

- Ensure disciplinary procedures, policies, and escalations are handled with fairness and alignment to company values.

Performance & Capability Building

- Partner with operational leadership to drive productivity improvements, retention strategies, and workforce upskilling.

- Implement performance frameworks, corrective action plans, and capability development modules for ground supervisors and team leads.

Required Experience & Skills

- 1015+ years of HR experience, preferably in logistics, e-commerce, manufacturing, or multi-site operational environments.

- Proven experience managing large-scale warehouses or distributed sites with high-volume workforce operations.

- Deep understanding of labor laws, compliance frameworks, and contract workforce management.

- Strong stakeholder management and ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

- Exceptional leadership, communication, and people-management capability.

- Ability and willingness to travel extensively (3040%) across fulfillment center locations.

Preferred Background

- Postgraduate degree in HR from a recognized institution (Tier 1 / Tier 2 preferred).

- Experience in scaling HR operations for fast-growth environments.

What We Offer
