Key Responsibilities:
1. Relationship & Account Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned brand clients.
- Build strong, trusted relationships to understand their goals and help them grow with SHIPROCKET OMUNI.
2. Lead Identification & Qualification
- Identify new business opportunities within the existing customer base through behavioral data, product usage, and account feedback.
- Work with the sales team to qualify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and assist in lead handoff.
- Nurture inbound and partner-generated leads to drive pipeline growth.
3. Onboarding & Product Adoption
- Collaborate with onboarding and integration teams to ensure smooth brand onboarding.
- Monitor early-stage adoption and provide best practices to maximize client satisfaction.
4. Data-Driven Engagement
- Use CRM and analytics dashboards to monitor client health, product usage, and campaign performance.
- Conduct regular business reviews and suggest data-backed improvements.
5. Cross-Team Collaboration
- Partner with existing Shiprocket ecosystem majorly with Product and Tech teams to deliver seamless experiences and share market insights.
- Surface feature requests and feedback from clients to product and engineering teams.
