Key Responsibilities
- Tool Scouting & Vetting - track weekly launches in Gen-AI adtech (creative Gen, copy AI, auto-bidding co-pilots, analytics copilots). Run fast demos, score ROI, recommend go/no-go.
- Pilot & Playbook Creation - integrate shortlisted tools with Meta, Google, programmatic stack. Document prompts, templates, and brand-safety guardrails.
- Creative & Copy Automation - deploy Gen-AI to generate/adapt ad creatives at scale (static, video, voice-over, language variants).
- Audience & Insight Acceleration - use AI for faster audience discovery (look-alikes, intent clusters) and explainability dashboards (LTV, RTO risk).
- Evangelise & Train - upskill media buyers and account managers on AI prompt engineering, A/B frameworks, compliance.
Apply if you have
- 4 + yrs in performance or growth marketing (Meta, Google, programmatic).
- Hands-on with Gen-AI martech (e.g., Midjourney/DALL-E ads, Jasper, Pencil, AdCreative.ai, Smartly AI, Meta Advantage+ automation, Google PMax asset Gen).
- Comfort reading docs & APIs: able to brief developers or vendors clearly (but not expected to code).
- Proven record of launching pilots that moved ROAS, CTR, CPM or workflow hours.
- Strong prompt-crafting, data-storytelling, and change-management chops.
