Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide Daily, Weekly and Monthly Performance Metric view to Stores, RM and Leaders
- Act as Liaison between Clients (Stores) and Tech or Business Account Manager to help get issues resolved within SLA
- Have handled store operations and knowledge about retail industry.
- Design & Deliver scheduled and on demand training programs for store staff on product and process knowledge
- Must have the ability to collect and analyse information, problem-solve, and help stores achieve their business KPI's
- Manage new store onboarding along with Tech team.
Additional Responsibility:
- Cross Functional Collaboration: Liaising with various functions within the organization to ensure issues and tickets are resolved within SLA
- Account/ Stakeholder Management: Must have the ability to manage various accounts for the assigned region so that customer experience is enhanced, and business is upscaled.
