We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager (Sales) to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B/B2C sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to understand customer needs and present suitable business solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and lead generation.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

- Understand client requirements and provide customized business solutions.

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets and expand market presence.

- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.

- Prepare and deliver compelling business presentations and proposals.

- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align business development efforts.

- Track, analyze, and report on sales performance and pipeline activities.

- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging markets.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

- 2+ years of proven experience in business development or B2B sales.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Strong understanding of sales metrics, CRM tools, and reporting systems.

- Ability to work independently with a target-driven mindset.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Willingness to travel as per business requirements.
