Job Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop business opportunities through builders, architects, and large-scale construction projects.

- Conduct client visits, product presentations, and follow-ups to generate and close project sales deals.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers.

- Maintain accurate client data and sales records using Excel and CRM tools.

- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Requirements:

- Education: Graduate or Postgraduate (MBA preferred).

- Experience: Minimum 1 year in project or product sales (freshers with strong communication skills and interest in field sales may apply).

- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and deal-closing abilities; self-driven; proficient in Excel and CRM.

- Other: Must own a two-wheeler and valid driving license.
