About the Role

We are looking for a Territory Sales Manager to join our expanding international sales team. This role is ideal for a proactive, target-driven professional with a strong background in B2B ingredient sales or foodservice distribution. You will be responsible for developing new business, managing key customer relationships, and achieving revenue targets within your assigned region while representing one of the most respected brands in the food ingredients sector.

This is a remote, high-accountability role that offers significant autonomy and growth opportunities for professionals passionate about the food industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Growth & Business Development: Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective territory planning, client acquisition, and account management.

- Client Relationship Management: Build, nurture, and sustain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and channel partners.

- Market Penetration: Identify new market opportunities, analyze trends, and develop strategies to strengthen the companys market position.

- Customer Support: Deliver outstanding customer service through technical understanding of products, prompt issue resolution, and continuous engagement.

- Sales Presentations: Conduct presentations and product demos for potential clients, highlighting technical and commercial benefits.

- Team Training & Mentorship: Train, guide, and motivate local sales representatives to ensure performance alignment with business goals.

- Reporting & Insights: Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and competitor analysis to the regional management team.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Masters degree in Business, Marketing, Food Technology, or related discipline (preferred).

- 5+ years of sales experience, ideally in the food ingredients, additives, or food manufacturing sectors.

- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and expand territory performance.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Experience in sales team training and management.

- Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently in a remote setup.

- Technical understanding of food ingredients and formulation will be an added advantage.
