Manager MIS and Analytics - NBFC INDUSTRY Job Responsibilities : - Conduct analysis on the Business data and provide inputs to Top Management. - Prepare Management dashboard and provide valuable insights. - Prepare productivity Report across all business units. - Perform data analysis for generating reports on periodic basis. - Financials analytics (Revenue , Costing and Variance analysis). - Generate both periodic and ad hoc reports as needed. - Improve operational efficiency by streamlining processes and enhancing reporting automation. - Assist with internal, external audits. Basic Qualification : - 3+ years of experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and high-volume administrative role in Banks or NBFC industry, ideally with some analytical responsibilities. - Full time MBA is MUST. Desired Candidate Profile : - Knowledge In Bank or NBFC industry specific to MIS and Analytics. - Must be excellent and proficient MS Office, Excel, and Powe Point. - Candidate must extremely organized and detail oriented, should have excellent communication and organizational skills. - Ability to maintain strict confidentiality for highly sensitive information and details is key. - Strong follow through and able to foresee situations - Excellent critical thinking skills.
