SHF Design Engineering - Program Delivery Management & Governance Manager/Head

Role & responsibilities :

- Create and maintain the integrated transformation roadmap across Reinvention, IPM, MDM, ERP redesign, Manufacturing Excellence, and related initiatives.

- Establish cross-program dependency mapping so that business, data, process, technology, and vendor interlocks are identified early and actively managed.

- Ensure transformation priorities are sequenced in a way that reduces duplication, avoids design rework, and improves enterprise readiness for implementation.

- Provide structured advice to the CDIO and executive sponsors on delivery trade-offs, sequencing, and escalation priorities.

- Translate enterprise reinvention priorities into an integrated program delivery model with aligned milestones, decision gates, and accountabilities.

- Lead enterprise delivery governance for major strategic initiatives, including Oracle redesign, Integrated Project Management, Master Data Management, and Reinvention Office setup.

- Coordinate business and technology workstreams across Finance, HR, SCM, Engineering, Tendering, Shared Services, Projects, Manufacturing, and Shared Services as required.

Preferred candidate profile :

- The ideal candidate is a senior transformation delivery leader who has built credibility by bringing order, peace, and integration into large, fragmented transformation environments.

- Comfortable operating at executive level, but remains grounded in delivery detail.

- Understand how enterprise programs fail in practice, know how to create control quickly, and can challenge business teams, vendors, and delivery leads without becoming bureaucratic or disruptive.

- Typically have led large multi-workstream programs or transformation offices across business and technology domains, with direct responsibility for milestone governance, dependency management, issue escalation, vendor accountability, and executive steering.

- Commercially aware, analytically strong, and able to connect strategy with structured execution in a complex operating environment.

- ORACLE FUSION & Transitioning Expertise, with about 18 - 28 Yrs Experience required.
