Key Responsibilities:

Timely Delivery: Ensure all daily orders are delivered within SLA.

Systematic Operations:

- Appoint new distributors wherever required.

- Optimize distributor network for coverage and efficiency.

- Enforce distributor hygiene and compliance standards.

- Ensure timely distributor payments.

- Align logistics for seamless order fulfilment.

- Budget Discipline: Operate within allocated financial limits.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Strong experience in distribution management and supply chain.

- Proven ability to handle distributor networks and logistics operations.

- Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Experience in Paints, Coatings, or FMCG industry preferred.
