Sheela Foam - Team Manager - Financial Reporting & Consolidation

Job Description:

- Lead Accounting & Reporting of Listed Company Financial Statements and its subsidiaries

- Take ownership of the Group's multi-currency consolidation process (including extensive joint venture accounting) for both monthly internal management and statutory purposes

- Working and closely coordinating with other key functions (including Billing, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Taxation, Cost Accounting, Internal Audit , Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition)

- Oversees internal, external, and regulatory audit processes

- Maintaining accounting controls by designing and implementing policies and procedures

- Ensure implementation of robust accounting system

- Maintaining and updating fixed asset records

- Initiate & follow up on IT initiatives including ERP implementations
