Strategically build Sales Team and Rural, Channel for achieving business objectives while maintaining customer relationships. Key Accountability: - Sales Target, Market Development & Penetration, Customer Satisfaction, Team Development. Key Decision: - Propose introduction / discontinuation of Products developing upon Competition. Working Relation: - Establish an effective relationship with the Sales Head to give inputs / market feedback. Establish close relationships with Channel Partners to understand the market needs and challenges. Work closely with the marketing department for branding/publicity support at local level. Close relation with Commercial to ensure that all financial claims of the channel are settled within time.
