Sharpsell.ai - Founder's Office - IIM/ISB/FMS/XLRI

Sharpsell is India's first sales playbook automation platform, on a mission to transform 1 Crore salespeople into sales champions. Sales leaders at 30+ of India's largest enterprises (LIC, Kotak Life, Mahindra, Whirlpool, Axis Bank, Torrent Pharma, and more) already trust us to drive outcomes at scale.

We've hit strong product-market fit and a $3M ARR run rate. We're looking for a Founder's Office professional to partner closely with the CEO and help us build the business engine that takes us from $3M to $10M to $100M.

The Role:

- Act as a strategic advisor and thought partner to the founders.

- Drive alignment and execution of company-wide initiatives.

- Manage and track progress on strategic priorities and key projects.

- Streamline internal operations and improve cross-functional coordination.

- Prepare executive briefings, presentations, and reports.

- Facilitate effective communication between the founders, leadership, and staff.

- Support internal communications and culture-building initiatives.

- Conduct research and analysis to inform executive decision-making.

You Are Someone Who:

- Has top pedigree: Tier-1 MBA (IIM/ISB/FMS/XLRI) or equivalent.

- Hungry for ownership and speed, can juggle multiple initiatives without waiting for instructions.

- Writes clearly, does not ship ugly or boring.

- Understands enterprise SaaS (BFSI/Auto exposure a plus).

- Loves startup chaos, comfortable with ambiguity, moving fast, and figuring things out without playbooks.

- Obsessed with impact, you care about the P&L impact more than vanity metrics.
