What does the team do: The key role of the team is to be able to connect with media agencies and client partner agents and build a strong rationale for Sharechat and Moj platforms to be included in their customer's (their client's) digital media plans. In doing so, the team will work very closely across the agency leadership team, digital media planners and buyers to not only understand their clients media objectives but also find ways to help media planners identify the opportunities with our platforms. This includes education, awareness building, showcasing as well as identifying joint partnership areas across inventories and content. What You'll Do ? - In this role, you will manage the Agency (Non GroupM) relationship to drive sales & adoption of ShareChat + MOJ for the South region. - Create, Sustain and Grow Demand for SC/Moj Ad offerings for the South region. - Key Account Share Growth: Generate more than fair share business through hands on account delight management and exploring newer avenues for the agencies. - Guide and Monitor: SC & Moj sources of business, share and growth (Branding, Programmatic, Performance & Branding Solutions) in line with goals and enlist new clients continuously. - Ownership of Agency Contract, Aligned Pricing and Compliance: Anchor and establish right pricing for growth and profitability and build and execute Agency master contracts - Exemplify SC/Moj Product Excellence: Deploy competitive media strategies for Client brands through sharp business & market analysis, consumer behavior understanding, bridging Brand Building & demand creation. - Foster a Culture of Customer Centricity: Relentlessly analyzing business performance, identifying and seizing the right opportunities to ensure and even exceed Brand KPIs. - BOE Agency Plan: Build Operate and Execute Individual Agency Plan by developing a roadmap for Ambitious Growth Target both short and long term, contributing disproportional business value to SC/Moj. - Set SMART Plans: Set revenue targets for the team in conjunction with the business plan, build sales strategy to increase revenues and yield besides managing team motivations and challenges. - Set and Manage Hygiene Expectations: - Analyze data trends and agencies' client performance, develop strategic business plans and conduct strategic pitches and presentations. Who are you? - Candidates should have 1-7 years of experience. Ideally, should have worked in a network agency, Publisher, Media Buying agency or at a client side in marketing. - Shows a depth of understanding of the industry, business, brands and consumers in senior-level client conversations. - Strong analytical skills and can use data to solve problems. - Understands strategic planning and broad implications on costs and timing. - Demonstrated experience and success working with the decision-makers of organizations. - Experienced in Expectation management with external stakeholders and internally with teams and stakeholders. - Enjoys industry/agency/client credibility - Agile leadership style with ability to manage multiple goals will be an enabler.
