The team plays a pivotal role in leading the Total Rewards function within the organization, focusing on the development of total rewards, benefits, C&B policies & practices, marketing benchmarking of compensation, compensation budgeting, planning, annual merit increases, bonus payouts, ESOP management and other core Total Rewards deliverables. To excel in this team, exceptional cross-team collaboration, executive presence, and organizational agility are essential. This role holds significant responsibility in shaping the organization's compensation and benefits framework, making it a cornerstone in the strategic vision of the company. What You'll Do? - Serve as the expert and internal consultant for stakeholders regarding compensation and benefits matters, offering guidance on complex issues and collaborating with HR Business Partners to devise creative solutions. - Lead the HR Analytics portfolio, overseeing data-driven insights into compensation strategies. - Take charge of Annual Total Rewards Processes, including the yearly headcount budgeting process, annual compensation review, and short-term Incentive program for assigned business groups. - Analyze internal equity and external competitiveness of the organization's remuneration schemes, generating reports to inform decision-making processes, staying attuned to job market trends and compensation best practices. - Collaborate with HRBP's and business leaders to establish effective performance management frameworks, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and recognition programs. - Assume responsibility for setting and tracking the compensation budget within the organization, ensuring financial alignment with Total Rewards (C&B included) strategies. - Support the ongoing enhancement, harmonization, and optimization of total rewards policies, programs, processes, and practices. - Provide guidance, tools, and resources to Talent Acquisition and HR Business partners regarding our compensation philosophy and program implementation. Additionally, contribute to ad hoc C&B projects as required. - Design and administer incentive, sales compensation/incentive/commission, employee stock options (ESOPS), and bonus plans. - Serve as subject-matter expert, applying comprehensive knowledge of one or more HR rewards processes and associated tools and maintain expert knowledge by researching best practices, monitoring Total Rewards developments, evaluating emerging trends, keeping appraised of strategic and technological advancements Who are you? - Familiarity with compensation program principles and practices - Typically, requires 5-8 years of relevant experience, including 4 or more years in corporate Total Rewards at a headquarters level - Previous involvement in compensation modeling, salary survey methodologies, and business partnership - Team player with conflict resolution skills, adept at building relationships Effective written, verbal, and visual communication skills, capable of conveying technical information to diverse audiences - Adaptable mindset, inclined towards innovation and pushing boundaries for success - Capability to comprehend and influence stakeholders from various fields (e.g., finance, legal, operations) - Robust analytical thinking, familiarity with quantitative and qualitative research methods, and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint tool - Excellent communication skills - Strong Stakeholder Manager and Project Management skills Where will you be?
