Seeking a highly experienced Financial Analyst & MIS Manager with a strong background in the construction, engineering, or manufacturing sectors. The ideal candidate will drive financial planning, analysis, and MIS reporting for large-scale projects and organizational performance, ensuring accurate data flow for decision-making at the leadership level.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct in-depth analysis of project costs, profitability, and cash flows.

- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

- Perform variance analysis against budgets and forecasts with actionable insights.

- Design and manage MIS systems for real-time project and company-wide financial tracking.

- Generate dashboards and performance reports for management and operations teams.

- Ensure seamless integration of MIS with ERP and accounting platforms.

- Lead budgeting for multiple projects and monitor financial projections.

- Update forecasts regularly based on execution status and financial trends.

- Track and manage project costs in collaboration with project managers.

- Monitor KPIs to evaluate project and company-level financial health.

- Liaise with project, procurement, and finance teams to ensure data accuracy and timely reporting.

- Provide insights for strategic decisions across project execution and business operations.

- Ensure financial data accuracy and adherence to accounting standards.

- Support internal and external audits with required documentation and analysis.

Candidate Profile:

CA is mandatory

- Minimum 10 years of experience in financial analysis, MIS, and project reporting.

- Preferably from construction, infrastructure, engineering, or manufacturing sectors.

- Strong command over financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.

- Expertise in ERP systems and advanced MS Excel.

- Excellent analytical, presentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
