The role is responsible for managing financial accounting, statutory compliance, audit coordination, and preparation of financial statements in alignment with applicable accounting and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of Ind AS, statutory reporting, and MIS, along with exposure to audit procedures and internal controls.

Experience

- 2 to 6 years of post-qualification experience in Finance, Accounts, or Audit

- Experience with audit firms or corporate finance preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare, review, and finalize monthly and annual financial statements in compliance with Ind AS and regulatory requirements

- Lead statutory audits, coordinate with auditors, and ensure timely closure of audit deliverables

- Support internal and external audits by preparing schedules, documentation, and responding to audit queries

- Develop and review MIS reports including revenue analysis, cost monitoring, and variance analysis for management review

- Maintain Fixed Asset Register, including depreciation computations and accounting of ROU assets in accordance with Ind AS 116

- Ensure compliance with company law, tax regulations, CARO requirements, and related statutory reporting

- Perform revenue accounting, stock reconciliation, and month-end closing activities

- Assist in preparation of consolidated financial statements and related party reporting

- Evaluate internal controls, identify gaps, and support implementation of ICFR frameworks

- Support implementation of accounting policies, ERP improvements, and automation initiatives

Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards (Ind AS), Company Law, and statutory requirements

- Experience in statutory audit, tax audit, and financial reporting

- Ability to interpret accounting regulations and ensure compliance

- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel and other reporting tools

- Good communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership capabilities
