We are seeking a highly experienced and qualified professional to lead the financial consolidation and reporting function across multiple business regions. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in financial accounting, group consolidations, and statutory reporting within a large, diversified business setup, preferably from infrastructure, construction, or related industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end financial consolidation of group entities across regions, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Coordinate with regional finance teams for data collection, validation, and standardization.
- Prepare consolidated financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Drive the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes efficiently.
- Provide support during statutory audits, including handling audit queries and ensuring timely closure.
- Ensure consistency and accuracy of accounting policies and practices across entities.
- Analyze financial performance, identify variances, and support management with actionable insights
- Continuously improve reporting processes and drive automation initiatives.
Requirements:
- Chartered Accountant with a minimum of 10 years of post-qualification experience.
- Proven experience in financial consolidation and reporting, preferably in large, multi-entity or multinational organizations.
- Strong understanding of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and/or IFRS.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
- Experience with ERP systems and financial consolidation tools is preferred.
