Shakti Cords - Vice President - Marketing

The Vice President - Marketing will lead the overall marketing vision, strategy, and execution across both companies. This role requires a deep understanding of the companies' technical products and applications, combined with the ability to position them effectively across global markets. The VP will drive brand growth, market expansion, and revenue acceleration while representing the companies at the highest levels in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and lead global marketing strategy for GD Performance Textiles and Shakti Cords

- Develop a strong, in-depth understanding of the companies' product portfolio, applications, and competitive advantages

- Drive market expansion into new geographies and industry verticals

- Lead brand positioning, communication, and corporate marketing initiatives

- Align closely with R&D, production, and sales teams to ensure market-relevant innovation and positioning

- Oversee demand generation, key account marketing, and channel strategies

- Build and maintain relationships with key global clients, partners, and industry stakeholders

- Represent the companies at international exhibitions, conferences, and industry forums

- Travel extensively within India and internationally for strategic meetings, partnerships, and market development

- Lead, mentor, and scale the marketing team

- Manage budgets and ensure strong ROI on marketing investments
