Looking for a National Sales Manager (North & West India) with over 5+ Years experience


- Responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to meet revenue goals for North & West India which includes managing sales teams, building customer relationships, and analyzing performance data. focusing on developing sales strategies

1. Developing and implementing national sales strategies aligned with company objectives., Setting annual and quarterly sales targets for regions and sales teams. Identify new market opportunities and develop expansion plans.

2. Leading &, mentoring, and motivating regional sales managers and sales representatives. Recruit, train, and develop high-performing sales teams. Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions.

3. Monitoring national sales performance and ensure targets are met or exceeded. Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities. Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management

4. Building and maintaining relationships with key clients and strategic partners, Support teams in closing high-value deals and negotiations. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

5. Identifying new distribution channels and business opportunities. Work with marketing to design promotional campaigns and product launches. Strengthen the company's brand presence in the market.
