The CGM - Sales & Marketing will lead the overall business development, revenue growth, and brand positioning for the personal/skin care portfolio. This role requires strategic planning to expand market share across General Trade (GT), Modern Trade (MT), E-commerce, and specialized beauty/pharmacy chains.

Key Responsibilities :

Strategic Leadership : Develop and execute annual/long-term sales and marketing strategies to achieve Pan-India or regional revenue and profitability targets.

Sales & Distribution Management : Lead and mentor national/regional sales teams (RSMs, ASMs, field staff) to drive primary and secondary sales. Build and manage high-performing distributor networks.

Brand Strategy & Product Launch : Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to launch new skin care products, managing brand positioning, pricing strategies, and promotions.

Market Expansion & Channel Strategy : Drive penetration into pharmacy, specialty beauty, modern trade, and D2C/e-commerce channels.

Performance Tracking & ROI : Monitor sales performance metrics (KPIs), competitor activities, and market trends to provide accurate forecasts, optimizing trade schemes for better ROI.

Customer Relationship Management : Build strong, long-term relationships with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders.Budgeting & P&L Ownership: Manage marketing and sales budgets, ensuring profitable growth.
