The Senior Manager Corporate Recruiter will own endtoend leadership and seniorlevel hiring for enabling functions such as Finance, HR, Marketing, Legal, SP&A and other corporate roles at Head Office. The role is responsible for driving highquality hiring outcomes, building strong talent pipelines, and partnering closely with CXOs and functional heads on critical leadership mandates.

Key responsibilities:

- Partner with CXOs, functional heads and HRBPs to understand organisation structure, role requirements and success profiles for leadership and senior corporate positions.

- Lead endtoend hiring for senior roles in Finance, HR, Marketing, and other corporate teams (job scoping, sourcing strategy, assessment design, stakeholder alignment, offer closure).

- Build and manage strong external talent pipelines through headhunting, LinkedIn, networks, research, and specialised search partners for leadership roles.

- Drive structured assessment and interview processes for leadership hiring, including competency frameworks, case studies and stakeholder panels.

- Ensure superior candidate experience, from first contact to onboarding, particularly for senior/critical roles.

- Track and report hiring metrics for corporate/leadership roles (timetohire, source mix, offertojoin, diversity, quality of hire) and share insights with leadership.

- Partner with HRBPs and Comp & Benefits on compensation benchmarking, offer structuring and negotiations for senior hires.

- Manage relationships with external search firms; define mandates, evaluate performance, and optimise cost of hiring.

- Support employer branding initiatives focused on corporate and leadership talent segments.

Candidate profile:

- 8-12 years of experience in talent acquisition, with significant exposure to leadership/corporate function hiring (Finance, HR, Marketing, etc.), preferably in highgrowth or tech/ecommerce/logistics companies.

- Strong track record of closing senior roles directly through headhunting and networks, not only via agencies.

- Ability to work closely with CXOs and senior stakeholders; strong influencing, communication and stakeholdermanagement skills.

- Good understanding of compensation structures for corporate leadership roles and comfort with complex offer negotiations.

- Familiarity with ATS, LinkedIn and other sourcing tools; datadriven approach to recruitment metrics and reporting.
