Role Overview
The Senior Manager Corporate HRBP will partner with CXOs and functional heads across all enabling functions to design and execute people strategies that support Shadowfaxs growth. The role will drive org design, talent management, performance, and culture initiatives while ensuring strong HR governance and data-backed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Business Partnering
- Act as a trusted advisor to functional leaders (Finance, HR, Marketing, Sales, Tech & Product, SP&A) on org structure, manpower planning, and capability building.
- Translate business priorities into HR roadmaps covering hiring, development, engagement, and retention for corporate teams.
Talent & Performance Management
- Lead talent reviews, succession planning, high-potential identification, and career pathing across enabling functions.
- Drive the performance management cycle: goal setting, mid-year and annual reviews, calibration, and performance coaching for managers.
Employee Experience & Engagement
- Design and run engagement interventions for corporate teams, including leadership connects, pulse surveys, and action planning.
- Champion culture, inclusion, and Shadowfax values, ensuring a consistent employee experience across all enabling functions.
Org Effectiveness & Change Management
- Support org redesign, role clarity, and change projects (new systems, process changes, restructures) with clear communication and change management plans.
- Use people analytics (attrition, internal mobility, eNPS, diversity, productivity) to influence leadership decisions and measure impact of HR initiatives.
HR Operations & Governance
- Partner with COE/central HR teams (TA, C&B, L&D, HR Ops) to ensure seamless execution of hiring, onboarding, policies, and rewards for corporate teams.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations; handle complex employee relations issues and escalations professionally.
Qualifications & Experience
- MBA/PGDM in HR from a reputed institute.
- 812 years of HR experience with at least 45 years in an HRBP role, preferably supporting corporate/enabling functions in tech, ecommerce, logistics, or startups.
- Strong exposure to working directly with senior stakeholders (CXO/VP level) and managing HR for knowledge/white-collar roles.
- Proven track record in talent management, org design, performance management, and data-driven HR decision-making.
