Purpose of the role: Responsible for planning & managing the overall productivity of Forward Process Roles & Responsibilities - Responsible for managing the forward process & performance of the Lead, Team Leaders, GCs productivity on site level and planning roaster for the month as per present count manpower requirement - Training the manpower on achieving the productivity shipments manifested per hour for the shift assigned and proper handling shipments on ground and forward process to ensure 0% error in sorting & manifesting - Planning the connection of upstream process for achieving the targets of WH ODC & FM ODC%. Developing plan to manifest FIFO, Flow FIFO to connect all shipment on time to improve Forward NSL0 performance and ensure all priority shipment manifest are processed & separately bagged. - Responsible for managing the consumable inventory from Super Store for the site - Prepare plan for achieving the metrics i.e. Forward D+1, 0% error, Priority mixed bagging performance, NSL0 report, LPT Breach, Downstream & Upstream Report - Analyze short and excess shipment on daily basis and email to origin hubs for updates. Track pendency and ensure to maintain low pendency shift level - Responsible for checking the Drumbeat report from TLs at end of the shift, all 3 shifts to be added
