
We are looking for a (PXT )Manager Site HRBP for our Mid-Mile - Sort Center to manage the lifecycle of off-roll employees, ensuring smooth HR operations, attendance, payroll, and grievance handling. The role requires local language proficiency, as it is mandatory for effective communication with the workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end lifecycle of on-roll employees: onboarding, attendance, payroll, and exits.
- Monitor attendance, leave, and shifts; coordinate with vendors for accurate payroll.
- Handle employee grievances and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain employee records and ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, etc.).
- Prepare MIS and reports on attendance, payroll, and workforce trends.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless HR operations.
- Act as the Site HRBP, driving employee engagement and culture at the Mid-Mile /Sort Center.
