Shadowfax has a 60% market share in the outsourced food delivery market and believes it's delivery cost works out lower (vs food delivery players) due to cross-utilization of delivery personnel across different categories and platforms. Shadowfax has a US$60 MN annualized revenue run rate currently which it expects to increase to US$350 MN by FY23 As a HRBP (Distribution Center), You Will : - Manage end-to-end employee life cycle of the employees - Handle overall recruitment (Blue collar &amp; Off roll) and selection process through internal or external sources as per hiring guidelines - Support in data collation and preparation of reports - Monitor grievances and implement disciplinary policies and procedures - Ensure basic HR hygiene and support IR team on compliance issues - Ascertain timely resolution of employee queries - Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs - Align with business to implement talent engagement and development initiatives - Implement innovative solutions for engaging and motivating the employees - Communicate organizational policies and processes and ensure its understanding - Controlling attrition
