As a Senior Manager HRBP for Sales and Business Development at Shadowfax, you will play a critical role in driving strategic HR initiatives that align with the business goals of our Sales and BD teams. You will work closely with senior leadership to ensure that HR strategies are effectively implemented to enhance workforce performance, employee engagement, and overall business success. Key Responsibilities: - Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with the sales and BD leadership to design and implement HR strategies that support business goals, enhance workforce effectiveness, and drive change. - Talent Management: Lead recruitment strategies specific to Sales and BD, focusing on acquiring top talent. Develop and implement talent development programs to ensure high performance and leadership pipeline. - Employee Engagement: Foster a positive work environment by driving employee engagement initiatives. Monitor employee satisfaction and develop plans to address areas of concern. - Performance Management: Design and implement performance management systems that align employee objectives with business targets. Provide coaching to managers on effective performance conversations. - Organizational Development: Partner with business leaders to manage organizational change initiatives. Utilize change management models to support teams during transitions. - Compliance and Policy Development: Ensure HR policies and practices are compliant with all legal regulations and aligned with company values. Regularly assess and update HR policies. - Training and Development: Identify training needs and work with learning and development teams to create programs that enhance skills specific to Sales and BD. - Metrics and Reporting: Develop and analyze HR metrics to track recruitment, retention, and engagement trends. Present actionable insights to senior management to drive continuous improvement. - Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with other HR teams (e.g., Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Compensation & Benefits) to ensure organizational alignment. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus. Experience: 8+ years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a Business Partner role; specific experience in Sales and Business Development functions is highly desirable. Skills: - Strong understanding of sales operations and the dynamics of business development. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization. - Proven ability to influence and drive change. - Strong analytical skills, with experience in interpreting HR metrics to inform decision-making. - Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
