Job Summary: Shadowfax Technologies is seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager/Senior Manager to oversee our Payroll process, Attendance Management, and Compensation & Benefits functions. The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail- oriented, and possess advanced Excel skills to enhance operational efficiency and support our growing workforce. Key Responsibilities: - Payroll Management: Oversee the end- to- end payroll process to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for all employees. Address any payroll- related queries and ensure compliance with legal taxation and labor laws. - Attendance Management: Implement and manage effective attendance tracking and leave management systems. Ensure accuracy in attendance data and conduct audits as necessary. - Compensation & Benefits: Develop, implement, and manage compensation strategies that align with industry standards and internal equity. Review and recommend benefits programs that support employee well- being and retention. - Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze payroll, attendance, and compensation data, generate reports, and present findings to senior management. - Policy Development: Collaborate with HR leadership to develop policies and procedures related to payroll, attendance, and benefits that meet organizational goals and compliance requirements. - Team Leadership: Provide guidance and support to the payroll and attendance management teams. Foster a high- performance culture and ensure continuous improvement in processes. - Collaboration: Work closely with HR, finance, and IT teams to ensure integration and alignment of payroll processes with other HR systems and business units. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred. - 5- 8 years of relevant experience in payroll processing, attendance management, and compensation & benefits, ideally in a managerial capacity. - Proficiency in Excel and experience with HRIS/payroll software. - Strong analytical and problem- solving skills with attention to detail. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
