We're looking for a SEO Growth leader who can make sure that when someone searches for companionship, commitment, or a life partner - we show up first, strongest, and smartest.

Role Summary

Organic is not a channel. It's discovery, trust, and revenue.

We're looking for a hands-on Organic Growth leader to own Search, App Store, and AI discoverability end-to-end - driving traffic, installs, registrations, and measurable revenue impact.

This role blends SEO + ASO + AI visibility + CRO + Authority building into one unified growth engine.

What You'll Own

1. Organic Growth Strategy (Web + App)

- Build and execute the organic roadmap across web and app.

- Translate search intent into high-conversion landing ecosystems.

- Identify cultural and relationship trends - convert into ranking opportunities.

- Drive traffic that converts, not vanity metrics.

2. Technical SEO Excellence

- Crawlability, indexation, schema, Core Web Vitals.

- Scalable content architecture built on intent clusters.

- Dominate high-intent matchmaking and relationship keywords.

3. Authority & Digital PR

- Strengthen domain authority through strategic backlinks and PR.

- Manage agencies with performance-driven KPIs.

- Align brand narrative with discoverability.

4. App Store Optimization (ASO)

- Own metadata, keyword strategy, creatives, and experiments.

- Improve install - registration conversion rates.

- Build a predictable organic acquisition engine.

5. AI Discoverability & ORM

- Improve presence across AI answer engines (ChatGPT, Gemini, AI Overviews).

- Shape how AI platforms reference and recommend the brand.

- Lead ORM across search and AI surfaces.

6. Experimentation & Analytics

- Run structured CRO experiments (CTR, funnel, conversion).

- Track: Traffic, Rankings, Authority, AI Visibility, Revenue impact.

- Build dashboards using GA4, GSC, App Store Connect, Play Console

What We're Looking Fors

- 3-10 years in SEO / Organic Growth with strong ownership.

- Proven record of scaling organic traffic tied to revenue.

- Deep technical SEO expertise.

- Hands-on ASO experience with measurable results.
