The Mission:
Drive scalable app growth for Shaadi.com by turning media budgets into measurable business impact.
This is a hands-on ownership role not delegation.
You will directly manage campaigns, optimize funnels, and drive ROI at scale.
If you think in CPI, CAC, ROAS, LTV, cohorts & unit economics youll thrive here.
What Youll Own:
- End-to-end app acquisition & re-engagement strategy
- Large-scale Google UAC & Meta Ads campaign management
- Retargeting to improve down-funnel conversions
- KPI ownership: CPI, CAC, ROAS, LTV, Funnel Efficiency
- Structured A/B testing (creatives, audiences, bidding)
- Attribution-led insights via AppsFlyer & analytics tools
- Budget accountability scale winners, cut inefficiencies fast
What You Bring:
- 3-5 years hands-on performance marketing experience (app ecosystem preferred)
- Deep expertise in Google Ads & Meta Ads dashboards
- Strong analytical mindset with growth experimentation approach
- Ability to operate in high-ownership, fast-paced environments
- Commercial thinking installs + revenue impact
Tech Stack:
- AppsFlyer | Firebase | GA | Mixpanel
- ASO exposure preferred
- Consumer internet / D2C / Marketplace background is a plus
