Someone who can build brand love, create moments people care about, and turn ideas into culture, not just content.

The Role:

- This is where brand meets culture.

- You'll lead brand-first campaigns, craft stories that go beyond product, and bring alive what modern love looks like in India today.

- Whether it's a big-bang TVC , a viral reel , or a meme-worthy moment , you'll be the voice behind stories people remember.

What You'll Lead:

- Big, emotional brand campaigns - from insight idea execution

- Storytelling that makes people laugh, cry, and hit share

- Social-first ideas that build culture & community (not just likes)

- Collaborations with creators, agencies & cultural voices

- GTM plans for product launches & cultural moments

- Building a distinct, ownable brand voice across ads, social & content

- Using data & insights to make stories sharper and campaigns smarter

- Staying plugged into trends, reels, rituals & internet culture

What You Bring:

- 3-5 years of brand marketing experience at a consumer, D2C, or digital-first company

- Strong creative instincts with the ability to brief, shape & ship bold ideas

- Experience leading integrated campaigns (TVC, digital, social, influencer, branded content)

- Deep understanding of Indian consumers, culture & context

- Ability to extract insights from data to guide storytelling

- A love for storytelling, insight, and craft

- Mumbai-based or open to relocating
