Role: - Brand Manager will be primarily responsible for looking after top-of-funnel business growth & brand development. The role requires extensive collaboration with internal teams (Product, Digital Marketing, Sales) & external partners (Creative & Media Agency). Must have the ability to judge creative work with the lens of efficacy and memorability. What you will do in this role: - Directly drive metrics like Customer Acquisition, Search volumes, SOV, SOE and brand metrics such as Awareness, Consideration & Affinity. - Influence metrics like Revenue, Engagement and Retention. - Work on new ad campaigns with the creative agency. - Work with the media agency to schedule & execute media plans. - Evaluate campaign performance at a market/segment level. - Discussing new ideas, running pilots & driving growth. What you should have: - At least 2-4 years of Brand Marketing experience in Consumer tech company. - Experience in dealing with Creative & Media Agencies. - Experience in executing a 360-degree campaign. - Experience in building AOPs & Go-to-Market strategies for new products. - Data forward thinking but must have the ability to take qualitative calls based on judgment.
