About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in artwork development, pre-press, and production processes. The ideal candidate will manage key client accounts, ensure seamless project execution, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality outputs within timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with on-site personnel and clients during artwork development and pre-press execution

- Attend and contribute to pre-production and client meetings for high-complexity projects

- Manage and nurture relationships with key client accounts and stakeholders

- Ensure timely communication and responsiveness to client and internal requests

- Identify, communicate, and resolve artwork-related issues with clients and teams

- Document all critical information impacting quality and project delivery

- Participate in process improvement initiatives and production meetings

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to timelines

- Track and communicate artwork status (received/shipped) using client databases

- Understand client processes, including deliverables and rework requirements

- Escalate risks and issues to management proactively

- Ensure accurate and complete order entry before production handover

- Maintain a strong understanding of production and manufacturing workflows

- Create and update pricing matrices based on client requirements

- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior project managers when required

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree or MBA (preferred)

- 5+ years of experience in project management

- Strong client management and stakeholder communication skills

- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

- Proficiency in project tracking systems and workflow tools

Preferred Qualifications:

- MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification

- Experience working with pre-press, packaging, or print production workflows

- Prior experience handling global clients or complex projects
