About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and client-focused Project Manager II to oversee the end-to-end artwork development and pre-press execution process. This role involves close collaboration with clients, on-site personnel, and internal teams to ensure project excellence, timely delivery, and adherence to quality standards. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the design, print, or production art industry and possess strong communication, multitasking, and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Client & Stakeholder Management:

- Consult with on-site personnel and/or clients during artwork development and pre-press execution.

- Lead and manage key client accounts, ensuring timely and effective communication.

- Attend and actively participate in pre-production meetings and client consultations, especially for high-complexity projects.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders.

- Respond promptly to client and sales requests, ensuring alignment on deliverables and timelines.

Project Execution & Quality Assurance:

- Manage multiple artwork and production projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality standards.

- Verify technical data and ensure supplied files align with the approved artwork.

- Document all critical information that may impact quality or project timelines.

- Ensure all project-related information is accurately maintained in the clients tracking database.

- Handle order entry, ensuring all details are complete, concise, and ready for production.

- Communicate artwork and production status updates with on-site personnel and sales teams.

Operational Excellence:

- Participate in process improvement initiatives and production meetings to drive efficiency and creative impact.

- Understand the clients process flow, deliverables, and rework procedures to ensure compliance and smooth execution.

- Create and update price matrices based on client requirements.

- Collaborate with internal production and manufacturing teams to ensure project feasibility and on-time delivery.

Leadership & Mentorship:

- Provide guidance, training, and support to junior project managers when required.

- Communicate key issues, risks, and updates to management for resolution.

Educational & Experience Requirements:

Education: MBA (Mandatory); Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Design, or a related field preferred.

Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in the design, print, or production art industry.

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and deadlines.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including proofreading.

- Strong understanding of production workflows, order management, and client servicing.

- Ability to work independently and drive cross-functional collaboration.
