Position: Leadership role Sales - Capital Market for US Region


Years of experience: 12-18 years

Work Mode: Remote/New York. However, Travelling is mandate


Expectations/Responsibilities from this Role:


- We are looking for US sales person for the Capital Markets division. I am looking for someone is a proper sales role focused on the middle market investment banks and private equity firms.


- As the Director, US Sales for Capital Markets, the candidate will be responsible for growing our US operations for the Capital Markets business unit targeting investment banks, private equity firms, hedge funds, asset managers, wealth management firms, institutional brokerage and sell-side firms.

- Acquire new clients

- Position SG Analytics' services as a strategic initiative to a C-level audience, build the business case and create compelling value proposition for SG Analytics' offerings.

- Run high-quality sales cycles including lead generation, qualification, deal nurturing, negotiation and deal closure.

- Direct and coordinate closely SG Analytics' delivery teams to create compelling solutions.

- Coordinate with senior management to develop SG Analytics' "Go To Market" strategy and oversee the execution of the strategic account plan in the US to ensure achievement of key business objectives;


- Overall development of proofs of concept and propose solutions to key executive leadership for the identified business problems.

- Manage the development of client proposals, including proposed solutions, analytical design, project plan, staffing and pricing models.

- Negotiate contracts - lead the negotiation of key legal and commercial terms on behalf of SG Analytics.


- Ensure pricing of projects are in line with margin targets of the company.

- Collaborate with the Head of Capital Markets and broader leadership to identify new trends in business.

- Oversee initiatives and actions to ensure we have a strong sales pipeline for the capital markets unit.

Business expansion in key existing accounts:

- Manage client relationships, identify requirements and oversee the company's efforts to cross-sell SG Analytics services across existing clients.


- Manage and oversee the resource allocation of technical specialists to ensure that accounts have appropriate staffing to meet annual goals.

- Direct and coordinate with fulfilment and client services team to identify opportunities and engage key contacts at clients to propose additional services.

- Coach members of the fulfilment team and guide them throughout the sales process.
